WHICH COUNTRIES CAN MONIKO PRODUCTS BE DELIVERED TO?

We can deliver anywhere covered by Fedex: so to most places!

We are based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and our items will be despatched from here.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR DELIVERY?

We despatch within 3 days of receiving your order, by Fedex International Priority courier service.

We will advise you when your package leaves us and give you the Airway Bill number (AWB) so that you can track your item.

Delivery times will vary depending on location and the customs procedure in your country.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?

Zone 1:  

Australia, China, New Zealand, S.E.Asia (except Malaysia, Singapore & Laos), Hong Kong & Macau, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Japan, Canada & US.

US$15 for 1 or 2 items,  US$25 for 3 or 4 items

Zone 2:  

UK & Channel Islands, Mainland Europe, India, Israel, Mexico, Cambodia.

US$20 for 1 or 2 items,  US$30 for 3 or 4 items

Zone 3:    

Central & South America, Russia, United Arab Emirates, Africa

US$30 for 1 or 2 items,  US$40 for 3 or 4 items

Singapore :

US$5 for 1 or 2 items.     US$10 for 3 or 4 items.

For more than 4 items please contact us for a special price.

SENDING TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?

If you would like us to deliver to an address other than the billing address, please supply the address AND telephone number as the courier will need this information.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTY?

Every country has different rules, and so we would ask you to look into these before you order to avoid disappointment due to hold ups at customs.  The HS code of our products is 4202.22.7000, you can check the duty applicable on this code for your country, for the US it is 7% of the declared customs value.

All prices and delivery charges are US$.

WHAT IS THE PAYMENT METHOD?

We accept Paypal payments.  You can use your Paypal account or VISA / MASTER card to pay via Paypal.

I HAVE A COUPON, HOW DO I USE IT?

Place an online order as usual, and you will be asked to add your coupon reference number in the space provided in the checkout area.  Your discount will be applied, and a new total advised, before you pay.

Some coupons are valid for a limited period of time, so please ensure your’s is in date before you try to use it.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY MONIKO PRODUCT?

We recommend that you keep the clutch bags free of grease or dirt as some are difficult to clean.  Some fabrics can be cleaned with water or at a specialist dry cleaner, but some fabrics are too old and fragile for this.  Some kimono fabric dyes tend to run when they get wet – if the kimono fabric feels slightly rough to the touch, and has a white background, it is best not to get wet.

I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY NEW MONIKO, WHAT CAN I DO?

If you find a fault with your item, please e-mail us photographs of the fault within 1 week of receiving it. Please note that the very nature of the vintage fabrics means that they are not perfect. We cannot change any bag that has imperfections in the fabric itself.  We take close up shots of the fabrics so you can see if there are any small blemishes, loose embroidery or aged areas.   We also explain any imperfections or blemishes in the details section of the product information pleas read carefully.If the bag has any man-made faults, as does happen from time to time with handmade items, we will be happy to exchange your item for another.
